When water enters the bilge and reaches about 2.5 , a sensor turns the pump on. After the water is pumped out, the pump is mechanically turned off. The rulemate’s circuit board to features a fail-secure mode, a back-up PROGRAM that measures the amount of work the motor is performing and the length of time the motor is running.
