Atwood Automatic Drift Switch. The Automatic Drift Switch converts any bilge pump that draws 12 Amp (at 12 Volt DC) or 6 Amp (at 24-V DC) or less to completely automatic operation. It Includes a compact, low-profile design that mounts on any surface from horizontal as much as a 24 inch angle. No large voltage drop which reduces bilge pump output like some reed switch designs. Accommodates a reliable and inexpensive mechanical switch that actuates pump motor at 2 inch water level. Wire leads don’t flex or hinge with the Drift. Integral cover dampens bilge sloshing to cut back pump cycling, and prevents debris interference. Sealed switch mechanism resists moisture, fume ignition and electrical shock. Incorporates no mercury. Includes a convenient test knob to check pump operation. Without Cover.
