These up-to-date charts are simply reduced in size so that the small dimension of the chart is 21 inches. The long dimension is proportionally reduced. These charts aren’t printed to full size, subsequently the scale isn’t the same as the full size NOAA chart, on the other hand the scale bars on the charts are proportionally reduced in size, and can be utilized for reference. These charts aren’t advisable for navigation.
