The Talic Canoe Roost is like no other canoe storage system. The very thick and soft two inch wide webbing “levitates” your boat above the framework because of this there don’t seem to be any hard surfaces to dent or scratch your boat. The arms will also be mounted to the studs of any interior wall. Included with the instructions is a chart that will help you decide which distance apart the arms must be for your particular boat. Arms are 38.5 inches long when fully extended. When the racks don’t seem to be in use they may be able to be folded up out of the way making them 38 inches tall by 3.5 inches deep. Advisable for canoes and kayaks under 100 pounds, and about 40 inches wide or less. Made of nylon webbing, ash and birch woods and includes all necessary stainless steel hardware for mounting, plus easy to follow instructions.
