It is a “BRAND NEW” VERY HIGH END 15″ MARINE WHITE RUBBER AM/FM ANTENNA. This AM / FM antenna is made for the marine application where the mast is constructed from rubber and yet it’s stiff enough so it’s going to not wobble around in rough seas. Mounting of this antenna may be designed for narrow applications so it may be mounted in as shallow of a area as 1 inch. The antenna is a total of 15″ tall including the base. The base has a high end chrome mount that may be adjustable to set at any angle, and comes with its own wrench to regulate it. The reception wire is 55″ long with an ordinary Motorola radio connector to plug into the back of all radios sold in the united states. So It is a Marine Quality AM/FM White Mast and White Base Antenna.
