CE Smith Trailer, 27740, 40″ Post Guide-On with LED Lighted Posts. These Post Guide-Ons mean you can see the location of your trailer when it’s under water. Equipped with long lasting, waterproof and shockproof, one piece red and amber LED lamps. The LED lamps make it easy to see your trailer’s position when backing down the ramp and dramatically increase your trailer’s visibility over the road at night. Amber light faces front, red faces rear. For larger trailer frames take a look at our Large Frame U-Bolt Kit (11416). Fits trailer frames up to 3″ wide x 5-1/4″ tall. Note: Check with your state Department of Transportation for restrictions regarding maximum trailer width. Pre-galvanized steel parts are stamped from a sheet of steel after it has already been galvanized. The edges of the pre-galvanized parts regularly lose their zinc coating all over the stamping process. On account of the thinness of the coating not up to 1 mm and the truth that the edges remain exposed, pre-galvanized parts can start to oxidize and rust quickly, so its really useful that they be primed and painted.
