The 2-place 1-sided Canoe and Kayak + Paddle Boat Rack is built with Northern White Cedar from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Cedar is decay, termite and Powder post beetle resistant. This rack is designed for functionality and aesthetics by lake home owners. It not only cares for and organizes your boats, it may be matched to its surroundings being log construction. With finishing options you’ll match dock, house, and the like… or let it turn silver/gray with out a finish, or you’ll use your personal finish if this is the case desired. This rack holds 2 of the heaviest of canoes, Surfboards, kayaks, SUPS (Stand Up Paddle-boards) and 1 Paddle boat. Each and every boat can weigh as much as 100 pounds. No weight limit on paddle boat. This rack has as much as a 300 pound capacity. Now we have worked with logs for over 23 years crafting log homes, furniture and kayak racks. Each and every joint is glued and screwed for longevity. We use glued mortise-and-tenon joinery wherever conceivable. Hand made and finished by Log Artisans in Northern Wisconsin.
