The Dar Pomorza was once probably the most famous Polish naval ship ever. In the beginning inbuilt Hamburg, Germany, as a training vessel for German cadets, it was once given to France as reparation for World War I. In a while afterwards, it was once sold to the Polish Government. Under the Polish Flag, the ship was once in service for 50 years! Since 1981, the ship has served as a stationary museum within the Gdynia Harbor.
