This is a black hatch cover deck plate with red removable storage bag. The deck plate is a waterproof inspected, and it is made of UV stabilized plastic. Outer diameter: 8 inches. Inner diameter: 6.2 inches. Distance between two opposite screw holes: 2.7 inches. You will need to use silicone waterproof sealants on each of the eight screw holes to prevent water from seeping through the holes. The recommended screws for this deck plate is P20004-01.
